I got my 3 rooms , hallway and stairs done to a surprisingly high standard. Pretty shocked at how quick the carpets dry. The gentleman also spent a bit of extra time and elbow grease on an Irn-Bru stain i've had in my hall. I'd recommend. Fabulous service from a great company. Gordon was very quick to respond to my enquiry and took time to come out to check carpets prior to clean. He arrived on time on Sunday morning and provided a fabulous service, carpets look like new. He offered a free 6 month after care service and left covers for shoes while carpets dried which was in no time. Carpets were cleaned in February. Had to call out Gordon as I spilt tea on living room carpet last week. Came out next day, cleaned carpet, NO CHARGE. Good as new again. Have already recommended this company to friends. Service is First Class. - Shotts

I cannot believe that my carpets could have come out so well. Especially the hall carpet which has had heavy traffic for the past 12 years (yes 12). It looks amazing. Just had a technician from platinum round to clean all the carpets in my house. Decided to get them all done as it ment I got a bigger discount. Really happy with the results. Looks and smells clean and fresh. Even the stains that have been their for ages have gone. have already recomended them to my neighbour and my mother. - MrsHW

Gave platinum a call cause their local and a technician came round the same day to look at the carpet and give me a price. Quite hand coz they work at the weekend and thats the only time I could manage. Really happy with the result, took particular care with some stains and they come out really good.
